Schutzenhof in Wurzburg

We ordered half a Christmas goose with filling and side dishes to go. She was excellent! Fried nice and crispy, Red cabbage delicious and orange sauce well seasoned. We found the additions in the form of goose fat and cookies particularly nice! :-) Many thanks to Fam. Berndt & team

1 waiter for 100 tables, the food was a huge disaster, the taste was miserable and much too expensive. It was also served cold. There were 8 people, 4 had their meal after 30 minutes, the other 4 waited over 60 minutes. View and children's playground save the 2 stars.

Food is very good but you have to have time

Great view, nothing more. Chaotic service, dirty toilets, celebrated school enrollment. Unfortunately, hardly anyone liked the food. Had fish, schnitzel, salads. Fish raw, schnitzel hard ...

It was awful. Operation uncomplicated! Very insecure. Long waiting times. Tea takes 45 minutes to come to the table. Was better before

One service for what feels like 100 people. We waited 3/4 hour until we could order drinks. If you couldn't give a star, I wouldn't give one. Unfortunately not to be recommended except for the view.

We went to the Theater am Schützenhof. It was very beautiful. The piece "3 bottles for a Hallelujah" was great. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. Good organization. All very friendly.

Long wait for dinner (if you want to go to the theater afterwards, you should definitely include that in your schedule!) Inattentive staff. Food was OK but too expensive for the quality. Beautiful view!

Food was okay in the beer garden outside. Amount not abundant but sufficient. Could be served a little hotter. Service is friendly but too slow and far too inattentive. You sit dry for a long time with empty glasses. Got the feeling they didn't want to see you. Eye contact is avoided. There were about 20 people at 8 tables. It has to go better. But if you catch him, as I said, very nice. Unfortunately, my non-alcoholic drink was served warm and stale. After complaining, it was said that it was up to the line ... Well, then switched to a bottle drink. Otherwise nice ambience and wonderful view over Würzburg.

They have a large terrasse with a view, good typical local food. Lot of parking possibilities.

As a destination for hiking, the Frankenwarte is very nice. In the future we will no longer stop at the Schützenhof. A shame, very disappointed!

Super comfortable, very good kitchen, great views, nice service. You should bring some time. Not for hurried city tourists on appointment are trimmed

Great restaurant with amazing views of the river and the city. If you want some good authentic German food served to you by waitresses in dirndls, this is the place to try. The spetz, mushrooms and the pork were all great. Service was quick, servers were pleasant.

Great view, friendly service, reasonable priced. Local try out is their Berliner Weise beer with some syrup taste infused, very sweet and might not be for everyone but it's worth a try.
